 Jay is a Civil Engineer-in-Training that graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He has been working in the civil engineering land development field ever since. With over six years of experience, he has worked on many projects that vary in size and scope from commercial design of McCarran Marketplace (a 75-acre planned community retail shopping center in Las Vegas) to residential design of 200+ lot single-family residential subdivisions.

Ben has recently graduated from the college of civil engineering at Texas A&M College Station. He is currently enrolled in the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. With this, Ben will have all the education he needs to soon become a professional engineer and land surveyor. We wish the best to Ben with his studies.

 Fred has over nine years of experience as a civil design technician. His experience includes: designing and drafting multi-phase 200+ lot subdivisions as well as commercial sites; developing FHA lot grading plans; and coordinating work of survey crews. Previous employers include Randall Jones Engineering and G&R Surveying, both of Austin. He earned his Associates Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design from ITT of Austin. Subdivision projects include: Wildwood Estates (Nolanville); Skipcha Mountain (Harker Heights); Grandview Hills, Olympic Heights, Harris Ridge, and Forest Creek (Austin); and Ryan’s Crossing (Round Rock). Recent commercial projects include Memorial Addition and Greater Vision Community Church (Killeen).

 Nathan is joining Killeen Engineering & Surveying as a summer intern. He attends Memorial Christian Academy where he is studying biology. Nathan is responsible for preparing title certification surveys, and for providing our survey crews the information to stake new home construction on residential lots. He has worked in various subdivisions including White Rock Estates, Deorsam Estates and Trimmier Estates.

Jessica is the Accounting / Human Resources Manager of Killeen Engineering & Surveying. Some of her many tasks include time sheets, payroll, insurance, and billing. Basically - she is the person that keeps the employees straight and keeps the office running smoothly. Jessica has worked in this profession for the past eight years and previously worked at J&B Mobile Homes in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Gloria has over 25 years experience in the tax collection field. She recently retired from the Tax Appraisal District of Bell County, and is beginning her new career with Killeen Engineering & Surveying. She is responsible for many administrative duties in the office, as well as scheduling the title surveys. She comes to our company with a vast amount of experience, and we are very glad to have her on board.
