 Michelle is a professional land surveyor registered in Texas, North Carolina, Kansas, and Missouri. She is a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Civil Surveying/Engineering Technology, and her husband is a career military officer. She has over 15 years of experience, which includes: project/office management; commercial parcel design; residential subdivision design; boundary and topographic surveys; AutoCAD drafting and design; deed research and legal descriptions; and construction inspection.
Previous employers include: Denver McCullough & Co. (Fayetteville, NC); Kaw Valley Engineering (Kansas City, MO); Larry King & Associates (Fayetteville, NC); Southern Partners (Augusta, GA); and EGSI (Natchitoches, LA).

 Shari is a registered Professional Engineer with over 14 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University in 1992 and her Master of Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University in 1994. Since graduation she has been employed with engineering consulting firms working primarily on utility and drainage projects for local municipalities, state agencies such as the Department of Transportation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Since 1998 her primary design experience has been residential land development including drainage, utility and roadway design. She has been with Killeen Engineering & Surveying since 2001, and although she now resides in North Carolina, she continues to perform design services as an independent consultant.

David is a professional engineer licensed in the State of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2006. Since graduation he has been employed with civil engineering consulting firms performing design, permitting, and construction administration for commercial and residential land development projects in Central and Southeast Texas. Experience includes grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design, as well as project management and construction administration for local municipalities, state agencies, and private developers.
Residential subdivisions include The Woods of Greenshores in Austin, TX, Flintrock Estates in Lakeway, TX, Pebble Creek, Edelweiss Estates, and Sonoma in College Station, TX, and Brookview in Houston, TX. Commercial and multi-family developments include a variety of apartments, office, retail, and warehouse site improvements in the Austin, Bryan/College Station, and Houston, Texas area.
