Michelle is a professional land surveyor registered in Texas, North Carolina, Kansas, and Missouri. She is also a Professional Engineer, a Certified Floodplain Manager, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. She is a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Civil Surveying/Engineering Technology. She has over 30 years of experience, which includes: project/office management; commercial parcel design; residential subdivision design; boundary and topographic surveys; AutoCAD drafting and design; deed research and legal descriptions; and construction inspection.

Anca has been a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas since 2003. She is also a Certified Floodplain Manager. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked on numerous land development projects in Central Texas and has over 12 years of engineering experience. Her expertise includes: drainage design, floodplain analysis, water and wastewater design, site grading, site planning, residential and commercial subdivision design, and engineering report writing.

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Engineer with
a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell
University. She has worked on municipal and commercial projects in New York,
Maryland, Georgia, Alabama, Washington, and Texas. Her expertise includes:
drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, water and wastewater
design, site grading, site planning, and engineering report writing.
