 Michelle is a professional land surveyor registered in Texas, North Carolina, Kansas, and Missouri. She is also a Professional Engineer, a Certified Floodplain Manager, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. She is a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Civil Surveying/Engineering Technology. She has over 30 years of experience, which includes: project/office management; commercial parcel design; residential subdivision design; boundary and topographic surveys; AutoCAD drafting and design; deed research and legal descriptions; and construction inspection.

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked on numerous land development projects in Central Texas and has over 12 years of engineering experience. Her expertise includes: drainage design, floodplain analysis, water and wastewater design, site grading, site planning, residential and commercial subdivision design, and engineering report writing.

design, site grading, site planning, and engineering report writing.
