EIT/Senior CAD Designer Opening |
We have seen a recent increase in demand for our services. To accommodate the growing market, we are seeking to expand our staff by adding another Civil EIT or Senior CAD Designer to our team. The candidate will be involved with residential and commercial land development including all aspects of subdivision and site design such as: street design, water and sewer distribution systems, grading and drainage, storm drains, detention ponds, subdivision platting, planning, and coordination with local agencies for approvals. He/ she must possess a working knowledge of AutoCAD, FlowMaster/CulvertMaster, HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS, and Hydraflow.
This position requires an applicant who is an expert in working with AutoCAD Civil 3D and can design subdivision layouts, street profiles, cut sheets and storm water design. The candidate will be involved with residential and commercial land development including all aspects of subdivision and site layout to include: boundary surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys, title surveys, form checks, lot/house stakes and elevation certificates.
This position as instrument operator requires survey crew experience. The person must be able to learn all aspects of the job, and be able to perform the duties of the survey crew chief in his absence.
