Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. She has worked on municipal and commercial projects in New York, Maryland, Georgia, Alabama, Washington, and Texas. Her expertise includes: drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, water and wastewater design, site grading, site planning, and engineering report writing.

Some of the projects she worked on include: Deferiet Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades (Jefferson County, New York), Child Development Center Playground Replacement (Fort Meade, Maryland), Grouse Ridge Road RMAP Upgrades (North Bend, Washington), Dillenbaugh Creek Culvert Condition Assessment (Chehalis, Washington), Tide Gate Replacement Report and Analysis (Hansville, Washington), Heritage Oaks Subdivision (Killeen, Texas) and Levy Crossing Subdivision (Killeen, Texas).
