Anca has been a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas since 2003.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked on numerous land development projects in Central Texas and has over 12 years of engineering experience. Her expertise includes: drainage design, floodplain analysis, water and wastewater design, site grading, site planning, residential and commercial subdivision design, and engineering report writing.

Some of the projects she worked on include: Goodwill Industries Thrift Store (Copperas Cove, Texas), Navasota Electric Cooperative (Mart, Texas), 9th Street Water Line Rehabilitation (Waco, Texas), Texas Department of Public Safety Headquarters Building Flooding Remediation (Austin, Texas), Shady Hollow Village (multi-use commercial development in Austin, Texas), Beveridge Subdivision (commercial development in Taylor, Texas).
