Gary Purser, Jr. formed the company in August of 2001 when he saw the need for an additional engineering & surveying firm in the Killeen/Harker Heights area that offered great ethical values with competitive rates.  Gary has over 25 years of experience in the development business, with a father who has over 45 years development experience in the area.  The Pursers are a local, well-respected family who know the area well.
